Refund Policy

  1. Return Eligibility

    Physical products may be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

    To be eligible for a return, the item must remain unopened, factory-sealed, and in its original condition.

    Opened, used, damaged, or incomplete items are not eligible for return.

All digital products (including but not limited to Oriental Lucky Light Cards) are final sale.

Once purchased and delivered, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • For returns due to the store’s error, the store will cover the return shipping costs.

    Once the store receives and inspects your returned item, an email will be sent to confirm receipt.

    Notification of approval or rejection of your refund will also be provided.

    If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

    Only regular-priced physical items may be refunded.

    Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

  7. Exchanges

    Replacement is only available for items that are defective or damaged.

    If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact cn-nur-kw@outlook.com with photos of the issue.

  8. Changes to This Policy

    The store reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.

    Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.
